George A. McKinney is the President/CEO of Better Life Technologies Group, Inc. In addition, he has developed and invented US Patent # 8,659,435 B2 and US Patent # 10,959,651 B1. He has several patent applications in the works on several novel technologies.
George’s first technology was developed after the accidental drowning of a child which gave birth to BLTG. George has assembled one of the top African-American medical, engineering and scientific teams in the country. He was awarded the Roy L. Clay Technology Pinnacle Award in 2017 which acknowledged him as one of the 50 top African-Americans in technology. There have been articles written on him in Essence, BET and Black Enterprise. He has been interviewed by NBC and several other news channels and publications.
Jay Robinson MD, team member
Jay Robinson MD an anesthesiologist holds intimate knowledge and experience in the administration of anesthesia, which includes intubation and mechanical ventilation, as well as safe administration of medications to induce analgesia and amnesia with subsequent and necessary support of cardiovascular and respiratory systems, both in the elective and emergent clinical scenarios. This also requires a sound knowledge of current diagnostics and treatments. Jay has a wealth of research and knowledge on how to tie this into the diagnostics of COVID-19, and other pathogens. --

Walker graduated from Michigan State University, College of Osteopathic Medicine. His expertise in the field of research and development has earned him recognition as an experimental researcher from the Department of Psychology, University of California, Berkeley.

Nichols has over 30 years expertise in engineering management, project management, concept design, mechanical systems design, test fixtures, validation, 3D solid modeling, industrial design, rapid prototyping, material selection, fabrication, manufacturing, production coordination, and production tooling (injection molding, thermo forming, extrusion, and sheet metal operation).

Robinson is an entrepreneur in Residence at Genesys Innovations, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Blue Cross Blue Shield, Nebraska. In this role she identifies, evaluates and pilots relevant emerging healthcare technologies from internal and external entities (universities, start-ups, industry associations). and She has established a network of internal and external resources to help identify and evaluate relevant technologies.
Glenn Battle: Staff Creator: Electrical and Mechanical Engineer. Glenn has a Bachelor's of Science degree in business sciences with a minor in aerospace engineering and a Master's degree in engineering technologies. He also has over 25 years of engineering experience in design and technology development in the areas of aerospace, advanced computing, IT security, disaster recovery, cloud computing, mobile communications, voice video, data, wearable technologies, medical technology development, and biological sensors. Glenn also has a PhD in geodetic sciences
